Privacy Policy for Kids Timer

This privacy policy applies to the Kids Timer app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Watchtower Apps (hereby referred to as "Service Provider").

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children and parents. This policy explains our data collection, use, and disclosure practices to ensure compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy requirements.

The Application is designed specifically for children. We DO NOT require, request, or knowingly collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from children or parents. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Names, email addresses, or phone numbers
• Precise geographic location data
• Photos, videos, or audio recordings
• Persistent identifiers used to track users over time and across different websites or online services (such as the Android Advertising ID / AAID).

To ensure the Application functions correctly and to help us fix technical issues, we use limited third-party services that collect anonymous, non-identifying information. This data is used strictly for the "internal operations" of the Application, as permitted under COPPA, and cannot be used to identify a specific child.

The Application utilizes the following services:

• Google Analytics for Firebase & Firebase Crashlytics: Used exclusively to monitor app stability, crash reports, and basic aggregate usage statistics (e.g., how many times the app was opened).

Strict Configuration: We have explicitly configured these Firebase services to disable the collection of the Android Advertising ID (AAID) and all advertising/remarketing features. The data collected by these services is anonymized and aggregated.

To provide a safe environment for children, the Application:

• Does NOT contain any third-party advertising.
• Does NOT contain external links to websites or social media networks outside of a secure, adult-verified parental gate.

Because we do not collect Personally Identifiable Information, we do not share, sell, or rent user data to any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We would only disclose anonymized, aggregate data (such as crash logs) to our trusted service providers (like Google Firebase) solely to support the internal operations of the app, or if required to do so by law.

You can stop all collection of non-identifying operational data by simply uninstalling the Application. Because we do not collect personal accounts or PII, there is no user profile data to delete from our servers.

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of the limited technical data processed by our third-party providers. We utilize services (like Firebase) that provide robust physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect this information.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
